"Juan is a middle aged man that had been living in a series of boarding houses and motels since the death of his father. His overall quality of life began to deteriorate; whilst he is very social and loves to get out and about each day in the community, he has impaired decision-making abilities, poor personal care, difficulties in meal preparation and other tasks required to manage a household.
