This is a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) property.
This vacancy would best suit a male or female aged in their 30sā60s without any behaviours of concern.
Current residents are 2 males and 2 females aged 39ā57 years. All use wheelchairs for mobility, and are independent residents in a very happy home. One resident is a smoker (outdoors only).
Current staff ratio is 2:5 throughout the day, with sleepover support overnight.. Staff experience and training includes: manual handing including hoist, catheter and bowel care, epilepsy including Midazolam and diabetes management.
